If you are planning on selling your property or getting a refinance elsewhere, please have your bank representative or lawyer send a payout statement request to admin@riverrockmic.com at least 48 hours in advance of your payout date.
RiverRock does not offer deferred payments.
Renewal offers are sent via mail 15 to 30 days prior to your maturity date. It will outline the rates and terms RiverRock is prepared to offer. The name and contact information of your renewal specialist is included in your documentation. If you decide not to renew your mortgage with RiverRock, the total outstanding balance of your mortgage is due upon the maturity date, inclusive of all outstanding/unpaid fees and interest.
RiverRock will contact you via email within 3 to 5 business days from the day your payment was processed to schedule a makeup payment.
